Liquid mixture having azeotropic phenomenon can not be separated by conventional distillation.It is an difficult problem of separate project to find some new methods to separate these mixtures. It is an urgent problem to separate azeotrope in industry.In this paper, a new method without introducing another entrainment to separate these azeotropic mixtures was proposed and studied. This method can be explained as a process of vacuum volatilization. In the process of this experiment, the system's temperature is controlled below the azeotropic boiling point to avoid creating azeotrope. It can depend on the difference of volatilization velocity and diffusion constant to separate these mixtures by breakthrough the azeotropic boiling point.In this paper, these azeotropes being separated include containing water and excludable water system. The vaccum volatilization separate experiment to separate five azeotrope was carried out including ethanol-water,isopropanol-water,toluene– ethanol,n-butyl-alcohol-m-xylene and cyclohexane– ethanol ,by the influence of pressure on azeotropic composition. The composing of the raw material is below the azeotropic composition of experiment's pressure. From the results of every receiver , all the experimental systems can get the product exceeding azeotropic composition of experiment's pressure. The effect of operation parameter of systemic pressure and temperature and the temperature of cooling water on the separation result was studied. In the experiment process , results can be evaluated by changing system's temperature,pressure and the temperature of cooling water. The experiment showed that the separation effect was improved with the reducing of pressure and the increase of temperature .All the raw material can be separated to some extend, and have a different separate effect. This method having be proved by experiment can break through azeotropic boiling point to separate azeotropic mixture.In the end to account for the separate process by phase interface theory,gas diffusion constant and vaporization heat ,and verified this method once again .
