To realize the purpose of waste harmless,stabilization,recycling and minimization,incinerations plays an important roles in the disposal of Municipal Solid Waste(MSW).But the refuse leachate in urban garbage incineration plant is a kind of organic wastewater of high concentration and difficult treatment,which is very difficult to treat because of its variable quantity and quality and much toxic and harmful ingredient in it.Because it may hazard environment badly,it has been one of the critical problem of pollution control to treat landfill leachate in the nowadays and a long time later.The membrane bioreactor(MBR),combined process of biological treatment with advance membrane separation,is a new technology for wastewater treatment and reuse.MBR has the specified research foreground being used for treating the organic wastewater of high concentration and show biodegradable nature.Reverse Osmosis(RO),as a new physicochemical method,has specified research foreground in wastewater advance treatment.The emphasis of this study is to analysis the economy of technics.MBR's removal effect of contamination.RO's removal effect of contamination and mechanism of membrane fouling were investigated to treat the leachate form Shanghai Yuqiao Refuse Incineration Plant.The research experimental of MBR results show:MBR has good effect in contamination removal,when sludge loading rates of COD and NH3-N were between 0.032~0.25kgCOD/kgMLSS.d and 0.015~0.03kgNH3-N/kgMLSS.d respectively,the MBR had removal efficiencies of COD and NH3-N ranging above 90%and 80%respectively at HRT between 20~72h.In experimental research of the characteristics of sludfe and SMP,sludge concentration in stable stage increased with the enlargement of volumetric loading and was above 15g/L in process of the experiment;The slow-biodegradable substance such as SMP and extracellular polymers(ECP) were accumulated in the MBR with the extension of running time,which caused sludge settle ability to become worse,sludge activity to decrease,the size of sludge particle to reduce to reduce and microbial variation to be bad,as well as contributing to the poor membrane permeability of the mixed liquor.The RO had removal efficiencies of COD over 96%.In the research of the membrane washing,the chemical washing is a effective method.And by the discussion of economy,it is sure that membrane bioreactor link the disc tube reverse osmosis process with many advantages in stability,area and economy is a new technology suitable for the treatment of refuse leachate in MSW incineration plant.
