| JinQiao Power Plant in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,selected secondary drainage water as the plant's industrial supply water,which is from Xin XinBan Sewage Treatment Plant.Take the secondary drainage water having the high pollutant as well as the circulating water requiring high concentrated ratio running into consideration, JinQiao Power Plant adopted biological strengthen ultrafiltration process through the repeated technical argumentation,pilot test and economic comparisons.The whole project accord with the national policy framework for water saving technology requirements of the "zero-emission" and achieve water-saving and environmental protection purposes.At present,this project is one of the largest(on dealing with sewage up to thirty thousand tones per day) and the better performance of MBR in reclaimed water reuse project in the country.JinQiao plant' effluent quality,after commissioning and running,was similar to the small experimental effluent quality. Effluent quality is very good.Ultrafiltration system have been using intermittent produce water mode.In the running process,membrane fouling is not serious.The foundation of JinQiao renewable water treatment project reflects that our country's MBR technology has reached the international leading level no matter that MBR's research and development,application size,process integration and advanced stage. In the meantime,this project indicates that China's sewage treatment and resources technology has strode into the forefront of the world.Therefore JinQiao plant' process flow and operation condition have deeply attended by scientific field in nation and foreign country.This paper introduces the JinQiao plant equipment and process,analyses that the system to remove pollutants and the formation of membrane fouling and cleaning fouling in the process of continuous operation more than a year.Through the data analysis,further clarified membrane bioreactor's advanced level and reliability as well as laid a foundation of MBR technology application.The results showed that the effluent quality of biological strengthen ultrafiltration system was good.The effluent turbidity,COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN, TP average concentrations were:0.115 NTU,31.42mg/L,0.266 mg/L,32.86mg/L, 1.31mg/L;The effluent system did not detect any presence of bacteria.Apart from the effluent TP value,the other effluent quality index had reached "Renewable Water for Cooling Water Quality Control Index".The examination of microbial species in biological strengthen ultrafiltration system have indicated that microbial species in the system,that has the following characteristics:microbial diversity,the food chain length and rapidly nitrifying bacteria increasing and the strong ability to adapt the water quality.Biological strengthen ultrafiltration process has a certain simultaneous nitrification and denitrification efficiency,meanwhile nitrogen and phosphor removal efficiency.When the raw water ammonia,total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentration in the 18-34 mg/L,49-70mg/L and 2.14-4.39mg/L,the effluent ammonia and total nitrogen in the 0.27-0.78 mg/L,28-41 mg/L and 0.82-2.44 mg/ L,the average removal rate of 99%,40.4%and 58.17%.Membrane bioreactor technology has been restricted to widely application, because membrane fouling led to the short operation cycle,high energy and costs in MBR.This process using the intermittent water making manner,joint backwashing, online backwashing,blast aeration cleaning methods and other appropriate operating conditions can control and prevent the formation of membrane fouling very well,and in the long running,it is not producing serious membrane fouling.Therefore,the operating conditions and the cleaning methods of this project can effectively remove membrane surface contaminants and extend the chemical cleaning cycle and save drugs cleaning costs.The process has very promotional value. |
