| This thesis consists of the following two parts:The first part is review containing two chapters. In the first chapter, the development of copper catalysis in C-N bond formation is briefly introduced. The copper-catalyzed C-N bond formation has been an area of intensive research in recently years. Using the low price and toxicity copper salts have recently emerged as novel catalysts in C-N bond formation, especially for the N-arylation of aniline, amides, imidazole, indole, hydrazine and so on. It is a pop area in transition-catalyzed field. The second chapter introduces the applications and the development of the copper-catalyzed tandem C-N bond formation for the synthesis of the heterocyclic compounds. The second part is studying on the novel synthesis of dibenzo-fused seven-member nitrogen heterocycles compounds. The one step synthesis of dibenzo-fused seven-member nitrogen heterocycles from acetophenones, benzophenones and 2-haloanilines, via a copper-catalyzed amination, was developed under mild reaction conditions. The reaction involves amination followed by intramolecular dehydration. Different functionalized alkyl aryl ketones and diaryl ketones derivatives were efficiently coupled with several 2-haloanilines. All those mentioned compounds have been determined by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, FAB and IR. |
