| Color presswork's quality detection is one important part of the printing system; it decides printing producer's productions whether satisfy client's demands or not. With the development of the printing equipment, detecting and watching the printing's quality have been the pivotal part of printing produce efficiency.The traditional detection method which based on density is based on the theory of the mix color model, relational researches explain the theory has existed localization; this method can only detect printing especial color block, so it can not direct to know the printing image 's the change of the self-colored dot ink and dot size. It must to find one new detecting method to detect directly printing image's dot quality.In this paper, the control of the printing ink volume used chromaticity detection was achieved through the research of the method to the directed detection of the printing image. First, the color space convert model from RGB to XYZ was established, then modified the Neugebaeur equation used the regression analysis method in mathematical statistics and solved the question of undetermined solutions by the convert from XYZ to CMYK used the modified Neugebaeur equation through established GCR(Gray Component Replacement) function. At last, the author established ink volume model and checked its precision. The result the model can be used in ink volume controlling. The printing can be adjusted according to the volume variety; we can control the quality of the printing production.The paper has five parts. The first part is introduction; it introduces the development, application and status of the color printing quality detection methods. And then bring forward the task's research ideas and primary content. The second part analyses the primary theory, it is the basal part of the paper. The third part introduces the experimental prospectus and data capture methods. The fourth part is the core of the paper; It builds the color space model of RGB color space to XYZ color space. And it resolves the Neugebaeur Equation's modification and resolution; it detects the precision of the model. The fifth part is the conclusion and expectation. |
