Abstract/Summary:
Mesoporous zirconium phosphate was a kind of multi-functional material which was studied in recent years. It not only has ion-exchanging as ion-exchange resin but also has absorption and catalyst liking zeolite depending on the conformation of material, and has good thermal stability and resist to base and acid. This material was becoming the hot-topic on the study of material because it can be specifically used in template.In this thesis we mainly used Anilian as surfactant and studied all kinds'condition's influence to the product, such as type and density of the reactant, type and density of surfactant, density of depressant and amount of solvent. The result showed that surfactant and organism are critical to influencing structure and property of the sample. According to Anilian, it is easily to form layered and porous structure because big ring can form regular molecule mode. The density must be limited in small areas otherwise it will change the structure; meanwhile, the critical consistency is 0.02 mol/l by measuring the amount of surfactant in solution.The effect of temperature and time was studied during the methods of precipitation. The result showed that the temperature of calcinations could influence the structure of zirconium phosphate. If temperature of calcinations is too high, pores would collapse and lost any porous structure and part of sample would form zirconium pyrophosphate because of thermal decomposition; if it is too low, the sample would not be crystalline and amorphous. Meanwhile, the rate of temperature and thermal retardation can influence of pore structure, if the time of thermal retardation is too short, the pores can not have enough time to tune it and remove surfactant, if the time is too long, the pores structure would collapse. The result showed it was optimum to keep four hours at 800℃.The synthesis mechanism was got according to reference and analyzing the experiments. There are different mechanisms to form different structure materials.According to porous structures, it is theory of synergism growth; as of other different morphologies, it is the self-assembly theory. By synthesis of experiment, theory of cluster mechanism was brought forward.The product showed many images such spherical, hexagon, sector, villous, needle, and bar materials by using ethanol as solvent and changing amount and type of surfactants. The TEM and SEM characterized structure of samples.Meanwhile, Studies on electricity, catalysis and adsorption of zirconium phosphate, as follows: the product will change with changing of condition and made the peak data changed; the result showed absorption peak would"red shift"as the grain size was bigger. The samples from Anilian after calcinations showed some peak had vanished and the template had removed. The sample from the Anilian had longer wavelength absorption than the sample from TEA, because of the big ring of Anilian, it can form loose structure; but because it had layered structure and pores in layer, which electron can easily jump. The sample was interlaid by Ti showed"blue shift", changing the inter-environment by forming the covalent band, shortening the bad gap and reducing the energy.The sample was compacting with temperature increasing; the adsorption of sample would decrease with the porosity decreasing, so the electrical conductance of sample in the distilled water would decrease.In addition, electricity of the product would improve after it loaded other ions to some extent.
