The Preparation And Performance Study Of The Fine Quality Carboxymethyl Cellulose

The technological parameter of prepared Carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)was quested in this paper,and found out the better technological parameter for compound the CMC:the temperature of basification is 20～30℃,the basify time is 50～60 minutes,the first etherification temperature is 30～50℃,the etherification time is 70～90 minutes;To analyze index of the raw and by examinate,it confirmed that the pured raw is propitious to improve the performance index of the CMC,and on this base,the utilization rate of chloroactic acid is improved greater,and it is close to the international advanced stage.And recurred to the rotate press washing filter,we prepared the pured CMC.Prepared the CMC with fine quality in the assured technological parameter.
