| Due to the development of industry and agriculture, the raise of population, human's limited water resource has been polluted seriously day by day. Recent years a great deal of attentions have been paid to the photocatalytic oxidation technique, which provided a new way to anti-organic-pollution.Nanoscale TiO2, which has high absorb efficiency to light, chemical nature stable, superior capability in photocatalytic oxidation , better adsorb capability to organic-pollution, and needs less investment, non-toxin and no extra pollution. These advantages made it to be the photocatalyzer which be used most widely.The investigation began with the Tianrui Nanoscale TiO2 powder contrast with P25 powder, which studied some common factors in the process of removing wax oil/diesel oil from circulating water, the Tianrui Nanoscale TiO2 powder's optimum conditions were confirmed. For wax oil with the initial concentration of 100mg/L, TiO2 dosage of 0.5g/L, acid condition, continuous aerate, and irradiating under mercury blended lamp for 6h, the removal rate of wax oil could reach 96.8%. For diesel oil with the initial concentration of 100mg/L, TiO2 dosage of 0.4g/L, acid condition, continuous aerate, and irradiating under mercury blended lamp for 4h, the removal rate of wax oil could reach 95.5%.Immobilized the catalyzer is the main study of the world, two kinds of immobilized nanoscale TiO2 which used different carriers were studied in the investigation. Some common factors which could effect their photocatalytic oxidation capabilities were investigated. Their optimum conditions were confirmed. For wax oil, irradiating under mercury blended lamp 3h, feeding speed at 20ml/min, initial concentration about 100mg/L, acid solution, the residual concentrations were 2.6mg/L (TiO2/CS) and 1.8mg/L (TiO2/AC). For diesel oil, irradiating under mercury blended lamp 4h, feeding speed slower than 50ml/min, initial concentration about 100mg/L, acid solution, the residual concentrations were 3.4mg/L (TiO2/CS) and 2.8mg/L (TiO2/AC). The magnifying experiment were also carried out in certain extents. Also primary probe the Degrade mechanism of TiO2 to wax oil/diesel oil.Also tried to use Nanoscale TiO2 to degrade the organic phosphorus scale inhibitors and RO rejectecd water, but the outcome was not good enough, due to this part had less associate with the investigation, the studies were not go to deeper. |
