Synthesis Of 4-(Benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl) Naphtho[1, 2-d] Oxzole Derivatives And The Investigation Of Their Spectroscopy Property | | Posted on:2009-11-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H L Liu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2121360245974360 | Subject:Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Heterocyclic compounds contianing oxazole or thiazole moiety are also an important organic fluorescent compounds, which extensively exist in nature compounds and have superior biological activities. Therefore, heterocyclic compounds contianing oxazole or thiazole moiety have attracted intensive research. The thesis mainly consists of three parts:In the first part,a brief review of the luminescent mechanism and classification are provided.Besides, the recent development of application and synthesis of the target compounds are also discussed. The second part focus on the synthesis of 4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)naphtho [1,2-d]oxzole derivatives. The ten target compounds from alkyl substituent to aryl substituent that have not yet been reported, which was obtained by dehydration, Subsequently treated with sodium nitrite resulting nitroso compounds and then reduced. We also optimize the reaction conditions. The compounds were charactered by NMR,LRMS,IR,UV-VIS,FL.The third part is the spectroscopy of the 4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)naphtho[1,2-d]oxzole derivatives. The article investigates the UV,fluorescent spectroscopy and the effect of solvent polarity and calculate the quantum yields on the basis of the absorption and fluorescence spectra of 1, 4-diphenyl-1,3-butadiene(Φ=0.44 in cyclohexane)as standard. The result show that: 6d,6e,6i,6j exhibit high quantum yields with blue-purple fluorescence.Difference between substituents effect the emission position of fluorescence and absorpotion position of UV.The UVspectroscopy depend weakly on solvent polarity. However, increasing solvent polarity causes a bathochromic shift of the position of the maximum of fluorescence spectra. Finally,we make a conclusion to the article and look foward to the development of the kind of the compounds we synthesised. Some spectra are listed. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Organic fluorescent compound, (benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)naphtho[1,2-d]oxzole derivatives, UV spectroscopy, Fluorescent spectroscopy, Quantum yield | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
