Eutrophication is one of the key water issues suffering China, and the eutrophication condition of Bai Yangdian Basin is very serious. Phosphorus (P) is considered as the key factor of eutrophication. However, the ongoing deterioration of eutrophication of P can hardly be alleviated because of the endup pollution cut's weak performance in costs and effects on the one hand, and lacking systematically structural control alternatives on the other.Based on the investigation of Bai Yang Basin and the former people's research, this paper established static P flow model of Bai Yangdian Basin by using SFA(substance flow analysis) .The main structural features and efficiency of phosphorus metabolism of Bai Yangdian Basin has been build as well. At the last, this paper analysed the measures of controlling Phosphorus which were taken in Bai Yangdian Basin before and gave its own point of view on it. |
