Exploration On The Computer-aided Design Software System Of Woolen Sweater Flat-knitting Technology

This paper made useful exploration mainly on the computer-aided design system of woolen sweater technology.Most of our cardigan enterprises use both computer and manual flat knitting machines. Based on the current status of our cardigan enterprises, the research and replacements of the cardigan Computer aided design system is of great significant to both computer and manual knitting machines.The repetitive work sweater designers have to do which is of large amount of work including the following aspects. That is drawing sweaters effect map and making product specifications, the calculation of weaving technology, sweater gram and cost estimates. Now, sweater CAD products are focused on product specifications and process calculation. Some products also involved sweaters gram calculations. But it is blank in the aspects of the cost accounting. This paper has done some work on the above aspects.Under the overall plan the sweater CAD system includes seven modules. That is user login module, module set up ,module edit, parameter manage module, user manage module ,module calculation and module manager. The system has integrity function and is practical. It also solved the major CAD system defects and updated the main calculation formula of the sweater key sites. The fully-fashion technology is more reasonable. Finished sweater product more flavor of the times and market competitiveness. It has practical value.
