With the increasing environmental pressure and the public concern to sustainable development, green chemistry is widely recognized by government, academia and industry. Solid acid-base catalysts instead of liquid Bronsted and Lewis acid/base catalysts is one of the most important ways with the direction of the development of green chemistry.This thesis mainly studied on sulfamic acid (SA) catalyzed Cross-Aldol condensation, direct amidation of benzhydryl alcohol; solid base (Fluorapatite) catalyzed synthesis of bisindoles was also discussed. We also studied the NKC-9 catalyzed synthesis of flavanones. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra.
