| This paper introduced epoxy resin and nano-SiO2 material to modify acrylic resin respectively and studied the synthesis and properties of them.Acrylic resin was modified by grafted copolymerization of acrylic monomer and epoxy resin.The effects of the epoxy value,amount and adding way of epoxy resin,the reaction temperature,solvent and the neutralization degree on the properties were investigated.The results showed that after being modified,the water-resistance,hardless, adhesion,tensile strength and impact strength of acrylic resin were improved.When the amount of E-44 was 6%~9%,the acrylic resin with good properties could be prepared at 110%neutralization degree at 110℃~115℃.The structure of Product was identified by IR.The thermodynamical behavior was analyzed by DSC.The acrylic resin modified was producted by industry in Xian Tao Hua Mao Corporation.We studied and concluded the equipment of technical preparation in industral product and established the standard of product.In accomodated to the direction of the current sealant progress and maintained the properties of solvent acrylic resin,we research the waterborne acrylic sealant modifided by epoxy.The epoxy-acrylic composition possess the features of both the epoxy resin and the acrylic resin,but the disadvantage of unstability.The document was investigated the preparation of the Nano-SiO2 acrylate resin hybrid material deeply and in detail.The emphases is on studing the influence of the amount of nano particles to the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,weatherability and thermal stability of the resin.The given resin is characterized by IR,TEM,TG and et al.The test results show that the degree of crosslinking among polyacrylate moleculars increases by adding nano-SiO2 silicane dioxide,therefore,the mechanical performances thereof increase;the hardness and tensile strength of the resin are inproved largely with the amount of nano silicate dioxide increase,but its water abosorption rate and elongation at break decrease. |
