The paper studied of contrastive friction property of the laser cladding coatings and the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X with UMT-2MT friction machine to improve the laser cladding coatings and the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X of Performance.We studied the structure of the laser cladding coatings and the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X with EPMA,JSM and SEM. The results show that the laser cladding coatings's component of Fe element is 19%, but the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X's component of Fe element is only 5%. Secondly. The laser cladding coatings of Cu-14Al-X's structure made up of greatness K faces moreover it distributing unequal. But the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-HAl-X' structure distributing equality. Thirdly, the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X' microcosmic structure crystal's size less than The laser cladding coatings of Cu-14Al-X's crystal's size. It is because that plasma spray has characteristic of speediness cooling.We educe three conclusions by doing friction experiment with UMT-2MT friction machine under boundary lubrication. Firstly, the laser cladding coatings and the plasma spray welding coatings of Cu-14Al-X's friction mechanism is very different. The laser cladding coatings's abrasion mechanism is mostly grain abrasion, but the plasma spray welding coatings's abrasion format is not grain abrasion. Secondly, the plasma spray welding coatings's wear resistance is stabilization. Thirdly, at high frequency Cu-14Al-X's laser cladding coatings and plasma spray welding coatings's Friction Property get better.We educe three conclusions by doing friction experiment with UMT-2MT friction machine under dry friction. Firstly, the laser cladding coatings's wear resistance is better than the plasma spray welding coatings's wear resistance. Secondly, the plasma spray welding coatings's wear resistance is stabilization. Thirdly, unlikeness with boundary lubrication, under dry friction at low frequency Cu-14Al-X's coatings's wear resistance is better than at high frequency. |
