The Cleansing Ability And The Anti-intimidating Ability Of Seven Ilex Plants

In this thesis,Seven Ilex plants were measures the efforts of absorbing under three concertrations of benzene. At the same time,measure the movement of the physiological index under different concertrations of benzene in short-time and under higher concertration of benzene in long-time. At last,observe the movements of configuration of leaves of four Ilex plants and the movements of ATPase of two Ilex plants under higher concertration of benzene in long-time. According to these results, integrately judge the plants'ability of absorbing and hardiness. Then show the results of study:(1) Get a conclusion on the frank of absorbing about benzne from the whole plant :under the condition of concertrationⅠand concertrationⅡ(immitting 10μL and 20μL benzene into airproof-box), I. crenata'golden gem'and I. bioritsensis's absorbing of benzene is better.But under the condition of concertrationⅢ(immitting 40μL benzene into airproof-box), I. crenata'golden gem'and I. dabeishannensis's absorbing of benzene is better.(2) Measuring the movement of the physiological index under different concertrations of benzene in short-time and under higher concertration of benzene in long-time,the result is that under different concertrations of benzene in short-time I. bioritsensis and I. dabeishannensis is better ; Ilex chinensis and I. crenata'golden gem'were worse, last three Ilex is good.But under higher concertration of benzene in long-time I. dabeishannensis and I. meserveae'blue girl'is better; Ilex chinensis and I. crenata'golden gem'is worse; last three Ilex is good.(3)Observing the movements of configuration of leaves of Ilex chinensis,I. dabeishannensis,I. meserveae'blue girl'andI. crenata'golden gem'and the movements of ATPase of Ilex chinensis and I. crenata'golden gem'under higher concertration of benzene in long-time. The result ulteriorly prove that I. dabeishannensis and I. meserveae'blue girl''s hardiness is better.(4) Integrately judge the plants'ability of absorbing and hardiness. This seven Ilexs under different concertrations of benzene in short-time, I. dabeishannensisn I. meserveae'blue girl'and I. bioritsensis'hardiness is better,but the ability of absorbing is worse; I. crenata and I. integra's ability of absorbing and hardiness were good; I. crenata'golden gem''s ability of absorbing is better, but the fasness is worse; Ilex chinensis's ability of absorbing and hardiness were worse. This seven Ilexs under higher concertration of benzene in long-time, I. dabeishannensisn's ability of absorbing and hardiness were better; I. meserveae'blue girl''s hardiness is better but the ability of absorbing is worse; I. crenata,I. integra and I. bioritsensis's ability of absorbing and hardiness were good; I. crenata'golden gem''s ability of absorbing is better, but the fasness is worse; Ilex chinensis's ability of absorbing and hardiness were worse.
