The aim of this thesis is the synthesis of new polyoxotungstates compounds on the basis of Wells-Dawson type polyoxoanion clusters, which are bridged by covalent modification or hydrogen bonding to form the phosphate tungsten clusters, Through the selection of appropriate organic ligands, the polyoxometalates units bridged and builded a new type of inorganic - hybrid organic compounds. two new polyoxometalate compounds have been synthesized on the basis of hydrothermal technique and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR, EPR, TG, CV and single crystal X-ray diffractions, And the study on synthetic conditions and rules for these new compounds and the exploration of relationships between structures and properties for these new compounds are also carried out.1. One new polyoxometalate compound has been water solution synthesized by Wells-Dawson type polyoxoanion building units, And the use of rare earth metal chelate, or nitrogen-containing organic bridging ligand complexes, which are bridged by covalent modification or hydrogen bonding to form the phosphate tungsten clusters, and Built a new type of one-dimensional chain polyoxometalate organic - inorganic compounds: Nd(DMF)6Nd(DMF)7P2W18O62.2. One new polyoxometalate compound has been hydrothermally synthesized by Wells-Dawson type polyoxoanion building units, and use of alkali metal chelating or bridged organic ligand complexes, and use hydrogen bonding to bridge phosphate tungsten cluster, and Built a new type of three-dimensional chain polyoxometalate organic - inorganic compounds: H3(H2en)2(H2hn)2[Na(P2W18)2]·21H2O.
