Experimental Study On The Ternary Composite Cementing Material Of Portland Cement-Aluminate Cement-gypsum

In the last few years,many project had higher requirement for the engineering material with the social development progress.They need cementing material having rapid hardening and high strength property.Portland cement and aluminate cement are two serious of the advanced cement,they were broad-based applied to many projects.The blending by these two serious of cement can make more rapid hardening and high strength cement,it can not only improve the material property better than before,but also save the resource and meet the sustainable development requirement of cement industry. The research is based on the experimental study on the property of the ternary composite material of ordinary Portland cement,high alumina cement and gypsum,concluding the better match of the rapid hardening high strength Cementing Material,and also proving the application for the project.Firstly,the research is based on the direction of the project application,selecting special water cement ratio and confirming the quantity of the retardant water reducer according to the test on the compatibility of cement and admixture.On the base of that,it also research the blending property between ordinary Portland cement,high alumina cement and gypsum,it concludes the range of match in ordinary Portland cement,high alumina cement,gypsum.This result can make the dual composite cement have preferable working and mechanical property.Secondly,I make use of the way of homogeneous design to choose the experiment match of ordinary Portland cement,high alumina cement,gypsum to test the property of the ternary composite cement,confirming the range of match for the ternary composite cement when it have the property of rapid hardening,high strength and microdilatancy.Finally,thinking about the economical efficiency and the right using of the material, I choose the least quantity of high alumina cement in the range of the match for rapid hardening,high strength and microdilatancy,I find the best match that be applied on accelerating early intensity of concrete by my experiment.As a result,this kind of rapid hardening and high strength composite cementing material of Portland Cement-Aluminate Cement-gypsum has better using effect.
