| The advantages and disadvantages of synthesis methods of MoS2 with fullerene structure in the present were analyzed for its potential application.By using S and MoO3 as raw materials,the MoS2 fullerene structure have been prepared by the new technology of gaseous phase reaction under certain temperature.The influences to products of reaction temperature,Ar gas flow rate in different quartz tube,and reaction time were studied.The results shown that IF-MoS2 could be obtained when the reaction temperature was in the range 840℃to 900℃,the flow rates of quartz were 0.1~0.14 m3/h,the time of keeping temperature is more than 1h.And the different position of raw materials in the quartz glass tube has made a quite impact on the prepared products.High purity,uniform morphology of the IF-MoS2 nanoparticles could be obtained through the optimization of experimental conditions.The other morphology of MoS2 materials could be obtained when some of the experimental conditions were changed.The samples of IF MoS2 synthesized were characterized by SEM,XRD and HRTEM, and the formation mechanism of the inorganic fullerene structure was discussed. |
