The technology can realize micro delay among all of the single hole. The blasting network ("Initiation System" of blasting) is designed by using the combined high- intensity and high-precision millisecond Delay Detonator with Signal Tubes as Blasting equipment. In the network, high segment millisecond Delay Detonators are used within the holes, while out of the hole, low segment millisecond Delay Detonators are linked. The Starter Sequence looks like a distributed helix. The design and Technology of "Hole By Hole" Blasting can be applied and developed widely in open-pit mine. In recent years, the Blasting Technology of "Hole By Hole" has been applied gradually to the step blast in open-pit mine of China.The thesis mainly includes:1) The common Blasting Technology and that characteristic with "Hole By Hole" have been systematically analyzed and summarized.2) In order to improve the piece ore, by uniting Blasting parameters-optimizing projects of "Anshan Iron and Steel Company Hu family temple iron mine" and "Qi Lian Mountain cement Yong Deng county chalk", the thesis have carried out the design and optimization of the parameters, which improved efficient. He software applying, which simulated the process of optimizing blasting parameters, is helpful to design blasting more precisely.Make proper use of the principles in the blasting design: set Angle Of Initiation, Burning Front, lay holes as triangle, the between angles larger than 90°, add or minus row numbers, delay of the last blasting row, virtual holes. Those are crucial to ensuring successful blasting of "Hole By Hole" and strengthening blasting effect.3) The blasting effect controlling under construction has been evaluated by the method of blurred overall evaluation.The study have important significance to the secure production and persistent development in open-pit mine of China. It provides the instructions of theory and technology for applying the Blasting Technology of "Hole By Hole". Thus with the applicability, innovation and priority, it can be spread and used.
