The function of marine bacteria in ocean geochemistry loop is more and more important, so, the research of bacterioplankton in biology and ecology becomes one of most lively foreland domain in currently marine biology. In this study the heterotrophic bacterioplankton, the sum of bacterioplankton, the benthic bacteria and the sum of benthic bacteria from May to October in 2006 in the Red Tide-Monitoring Area of Bohai Bay has been measured. The results show that the distribution of autotrophic heterotrophic bacterioplankton hasn't obviously seasonal characters; Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Ammonia and chlorophyll also are the environmental influence factors, additionally temperature and dissolved oxygen are more important to heterotrophic bacterioplankton's growth and reproduction in surface waters of the Red Tide-Monitoring Area of Bohai Bay. The seasonal variation of the sum of bacterioplankton shows that the amount of bacteria in Summer is more than it in Autumn; The spatial distribution of the sum of bacterioplankton in May is extraordinarily similar with it in June; The bacteria abundance is remarkably linear with DO and Chl-a; It is simple linear with pH and ammonia. The seasonal variation of benthic heterotrophic bacteria's abundance shows: Autumn's > Spring's > Summer's; The benthic heterotrophic bacteria's abundance is negatively linear with ammonia in May, and it is positively linear with Chemical Oxygen Demand. The seasonal variation of the sum of the benthic bacteria shows: Spring's > Autumn's; The benthic bacteria abundance is hardly correlated with other environmental factors.Combining hydrodynamics, physics, biology and chemic, we firstly established ecohydrodynamic model of water layer in Bohai Bay, taking into account the effect of benthic bacteria. It makes the model more perfect. The model includes seven functions: phytoplankton, zooplankton, pelagic bacteria, benthic bacteria, suspend chipping, dissolved organic matter and nutrition. Combining station measure,we modeled and validated the change trend of each ecological variable on May to October of 2006 in the Red Tide-Monitoring Area of Bohai Bay Waters.
