Further, in domestic high shrinkage PAN is still under research and no quantity production has been developed. Hence, there is 50% indentation every year to be imported.The key to produce high shrinkage PAN lies in the selection of technological process route. Comparisons among the results on yield, quantity, investment were made in order to determine the production techniques by the method of drawing 2 technological process route.Fushun petro-chemical Company established a 3000-ton high shrinkage PAN stable fiber experimental facility at the dry way PAN plant. They carried out industrial production tests by the means of drawing 2 technological process on the basis of laboratory experiment and managed to acquire the technics which is suitable for industrial production. To be more specific: the speed ratio of drawing 1 should be 4.2, the temperate of drawing 1 (1#, 2#, 5#, 8#, 10# tank) should be (85, 90, 90, 85。C,and room temperature); the speed ratio, temperature and speed rate of drawing 2 should be 1.432, 160。C, 150-160 m/min, respectively.According to the results of sample analysis experiments, the quality of the industrial product can completely meet the requirement of the GB/T16602, and the products have the potent of totally taking place of the imported ones in the market. |
