The Piggery wastewater mostly came from the pig's dejection and Piggery washing wastewater.The Piggery wastewater has the characteristic of high Ammonia,Organism and suspending substance.In a lot of area,the Piggery wastewater has became or is becoming a more serious source of pollution than industrial wastewater and daily wastewater.The author investigated the working process in treatment of Piggery wastewater,and find that the prime problem of wastewater treatment is to remove the high concentration of NH3-N.The Nitration—Anammox Process is a new method of ammonia removal from wastewater,which includes two steps.In the Partial nitrification process,nitrogen is the first Partially oxidized to nitrite under the low oxygen conditions and in the Anammox Process,nitrogen and nitrite which react with the proportion by 1:1.32 are oxidized to nitrogen gas under the anaerobic condition in order to removal the nitrogen by biological technology.In this Paper,experimental studies were performed to investigate Sharon Process in treatment of Piggery wastewater through the anaerobic condition.With aerobic activated sludge as the seeding sludge,Sharon reactor was successfully started up.In the success raise sludge foundation,through the SBR reaction system in movement parameter the PH value,DO,ammonia nitrogen load,organic load, temperature and so on had found the best parameter which can matched Anammox Process,and had carried on the discussion to its microbiology mechanism.The start-up of piggery wastewater by Sharon reactor was firstly investigated. The experimental result indicated that:when temperature was 32℃,pH value about form 8.2 to 8.5,according to the adjusting the time of air feed,adding load.After two month,in the bioreactor,Nitrous acid was accumulated successfully.The best parameter which can matched Anammox process was secondly investigated,controlling the time of air feed with in 23 hours,high concentration of COD could get a high rate of removing and NH4+-N to NO2--N ratio in effluent reaching 1:1.32 to satisfy the demands of influent of Anammox.Via identifying the best condition of reactive control which was temperature, pH value,organic load,free ammonia and so on in the Sharon bioreaetor,the experimental result indicated that:when temperature about form 20 to 30℃,pH value about form 8to 8.2,air feed was 0.2m3/h,the effluent matched the demands of influent of Anammox.When condition was that influent COD and NH4+-N was controlled within 1800 and 1400mg/L,adding the influent COD and NH4+-N,should adjusting the time and quantity of air feed,and the condition couldn't affect removal percentage of NH4+-N and accumulation of COD.Aider investigating transforming rules of the indexes under the best condition,it showed that NH4+-N and NO2--N smooth declined and raised respectively,pH value ascended a little in first thirty minutes and declined in the residual times.The reduction of ammonia followed the first-order reaction kinetics.The velocity constant of ammonia were 19.11 l/h.By investigating the loss of total nitrogen,the experimental result indicated the reason were counter-nitration,blow gas,microbial endogenesis breath.
