| This thesis on the usual principle of web guiding control systems is researched, and the infrared photoelectric controller based on analog quantities is designed. Besides, by building the transfer function for the rectifying system, the stepping motor's performances in the system has been analyzed. In the end, the controller's performances are verified.The main innovations and contents in this thesis are as follows:1. It has been researched about the present states of guiding system, and analyzed the differences between the domestic and out country's controllers, then given methods to improve the performances.2. Applied the theory of point lamp transmission to analyze the theoretical regulations between slippage and electrical signal by transmitted light. Then the photoelectric sensor is made out. The testing date is indicated that this infrared sensor can send out continuous analog quantity. By analyzing the dates, the creative method is developed which is called "three-stage" to control the slippages.3. By building the structure module of web guiding system and the transfer function, and analyzing stepping motor's stable performance when it is applied in guiding system as driver and guider, then it is indicated that the steady-state error is zero when stepping motor is used in the system, which can give the theoretic reason for using stepping motor in web guiding system in practical industry.4. The central processor is 89S52 microcomputer in the controller's hardware designee, and the other controlling module circuits are also designed. By all, the controller owes higher dealing accuracy, and displays the slippages in time and figuratively.5. It has realized the corresponding relations among slippages, impulse signals and stepping motor's rolling signals. Then by "three-stage" method, fitting parabola with Lagrange and using "look-up table" are to improve the dealing accuracy and speed. 6. The controller's performances, such as: temporal response, controlling accuracy and scope of application, are analyzed and assured that the controller is satisfied to web guiding system.The paper has designed and researched the infrared photoelectric guiding controller, and given controlled parameters by high speed automatical splitting machine of ShaanXi Beiren Printing machine Ltd.co. It has given out a theoretical experienced platform, which is very vital for proving the domestic controlling standards. |
