From resources of urban night-soil, by isolating, purifying and screening a batch of microbes from various separate sources, we got high effectual complex inculants from human feces, the results are as follows:Use some kinds of selective media, we have got many kinds of mesophilic microbes and thermophilic microbes from maturity,semi-decomposition of human excreta and the irrigated farmland,including 20 strains of bacteria; 13 strains of actinomyces;8 strains of mold;5 strains of yeast.Through the odor smell and the hydrolytic tests of three kinds of macromolecular organic matters,including starch,protein,cellulose,14 strains of microbes having strong degradation ability have been screened from the various microbes,including 4 strains of mesophilic bacteria(B),2 strains of thermophilic bacteria(HB);2 strains of mesophilic actinomyces(A),2 strains of thermophilic actinomyces(HA);2 strains of mesophilic mold(M);2 strains of mesophilic yeast(Y).By study the smell ,the removal rate of CODCr ,NH4+-N value and germination rate,a group of complex inocula has been obtained,which can make the compost mature in three weeks,the inocula include 5 strains of bacteria,3 strains of actinomyces,2 strains of mold, 1 strain of yeast.To verify the pythogenesis effects of efficient strain,it has been found that within the same time period,compared to the control,the reduction of the organic matter is 10% higher,the value of NH4+-N is 13% lower,and the microbial quantity is 10 times more,the germination rate is 7% higher.Through the study of feces aerobic composting technology,when ratio of carbon and nitrogen is 30,moisture content is 60% to 65%,the degradation of organic matter is fast,can get a good degree of maturity.Partial physiological and biochemical indexes of the 11 strains are measured,they belong to:Bl is genus of Micrococcus, B3 is genus of Cellulomonas,B5 is genus of Bacillus;HB1 and HB5 are genus of Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas; Actinomycetes A2, A4 and HA2 belong to the Streptomyces, Nocardia and Micromonospora respectively;Mold M2 and M3 respectively belong to Penicillium.and Trichoderma. |
