| The roadway surrounding rock of steeply dipping fully mechanized caving faces is in complex conditions and the deformation is comparatively severe. The drivage is great difficult with low speed and efficiency. It is one of the main factors to restrict the safety and high efficiency production. Therefore, the study on key technology of heading of fully mechanized caving faces in steeply dipping seam has important practical significance and theoretical value.Based on the actual situation of heading of fully mechanized caving faces in WANGJIASHAN steeply dipping seam, this paper systematically analyzes the main factors of drivage efficiency. The main factors of drivage efficiency include complex conditions of roadway surrounding rock, support parameter, equipment matching, construction technology and organization. Supporting time is about 55%~75% of the whole working time and supporting has the most significant influence.Improving drivage efficiency and supporting quality as the basic goal, the steeply dipping fully mechanized caving faces roadway supporting scheme is proposed with the analysis of field monitoring results and surrounding rock deformation and failure. The workload and time of supporting decrease obviously. Bolt asymmetric arrangement mode and round-corner micro-arched rectangular heading section are proved to be better effect to force condition and stability of surrounding rock. The engineering quantity of roadway maintenance is reduced.According to field test and measured data, the main working procedure time is determined. Then the main working procedure optimum arrangement is obtained. This increases the time of parallel operation in main working procedure and the drivage cyclic operation time is greatly reduced.Research on fully mechanized drivage of 45408 haulage roadway has achieved better technical and economical effect in WANGJIASHAN coal mine. Drivage speed is improved 93%, drivage efficiency and supporting quality are obviously increased. |
