| In order to meet the technological innovation project of different place in tobacco leaf line, this article takes a research on the design and the key techniques of developing in three automatic burden systems, and an burden systems of the dry materials, an burden systems of the wet materials, an burden systems of the dry and wet materials developed. The main content of this paper are as follows: the overall design, the hardware design selects, the technical process design, the software design and the system debugging design.The system of automatic burden based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus. A distributed-PLC control system which based on the protocol of PROFIBUS-DP (Decentralized Periphery) use distributed I/O, HMI, frequency converter, intelligent weighing instrument and so on. It completely realize automation, accurate and visualization of the burden.The burden system of the dry materials forms closed-loop control through increase spiral electronic scale, weighing instrument. It has designed an automatic burden control system. Finished the general design, mechanical choice, PLC programming, HMI programming. In order to improving the accuracy, this paper makes some beneficial attempts and approaches. Because of the lower accuracy in burden system of the dry and wet materials, use fuzzy control to adjust the weighing speed and weighing time. The practical running shows a good effect, and the satisfactory results have been obtained.The burden systems in tobacco leaf line of Baoji cigarette factory achieve the automatic procedure, and the system can meet the need of burdening accuracy and achieves the desired result. This plan also has the very good model and direct reference value to other professions burden controls. |
