M.micromalus.Mak belongs to the Malus pomoideae Rosaceae, which is one of the high nutritional value small fruits. The film drilled holes packaging(MA),heat and calcium union treatment and different temperatures storage affect storage results and the physiological change rule in the mature process of M.micromalus.Mak was studied. The result showed that M.micromalus.Mak appears the obvious breath and the ethylene peak after postharvest. The film drilled holes packaging could restrain the decline of titratable acid content, total sugar content, vitamin C content, depress the weightlessness rate, respiration rate and ethylene production, restrain ascending of polygalacturonase, and did not affect soluble solid content obviously during fruits storage. 0.09mmPE packaging was the best to storage effect. Heat and calcium union treatment could restrain the decline of fruits firmness and titratable acid content, reduce rotting rate, and did not affect soluble solid content, obviously during fruits storage. 38℃,3%CaCl2 treat 4 minute was the best to storage effect. Low temperature could depress respiration rate, and MDA content obviously, keep higher SOD and CAT activity , and enhance storage quality. 1℃was the best to storage effect.
