| Magnesium alloy has excellent properties .such as low density, high specific strength and specific rigidity, good damping performance, good electromagnetic shielding performance etc. Therefore, magnesium alloy is applied to aviation, automotive and electronic industry increasingly. But corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy is very poor, which has badly limited its application. Usual surface treatment methods, for example, chemical oxidation and anodic oxidation, are able to protect magnesium alloy, but its corrosion resistance and external appearance etc. can't meet the needs of the application development. In recent years, People have developed some new technology; micro arc oxidation can meet above demands.Micro arc oxidation is a new material surface treatment technology, which developed on the basis of anodic oxidation. Micro arc oxidation is also entitled micro plasma oxidation or anodic spark deposition Al, Mg, Ti or their alloys are placed in electrolyte, using electrochemistry means to produce spark discharge in the micro holes of the material surface, and ceramic coating can be formed on the effect of thermo-chemistry , plasma chemistry and electrochemistry.In this paper, through a great deal of experiments that magnesium alloy AM60B being treated by micro arc oxidation in different electrolytes and orthogonal experiment, finded out the optimal electrolyte of micro arc oxidation, the electrolyte is innocuous and harmless, doesn't pollute to the environment. For optimizing MAO electricity parameter and process time, through symmetrical design to design artificial neural networks discipline samples, and through the self-learning ability of BP artificial neural networks to set up the model between optimizing target and design variable. At the same time, use genetic arithmetic to calculate the optimizing values to accomplish the optimizing of electricity parameter and process time. Obtained the optimizing design of electricity parameter and process time when magnesium treated by MAO.And research on partial ablation when magnesium treated by MAO in this paper, analyzed and researched on the mechanism of occurring partial ablation, at the same time, researched on the relationship between sparks and the growth process of MAO film.In the end, for researching the mechanism of the ceramic film sediment on magnesium alloy workpiece and the erode property, used metallographic microscope and SEM to analyze the film configuration; and used EPMA and XRD to research the composition of ceramic film. |
