At present, the AC hoist is used as the major mine hoist in our country's mine production in domestic. As the throat equipment, the safe operation and reliable parking relate to the normal production of whole mine. Based on the previous studies, from the perspective of the electromechanical coupling, this paper sets up the modeling and gains the simulation of the mine hoist. In order to ensure the safe,reliable operation, especially, we choose the key variables as the object, build their modeling, gain and analysis the results of the simulation.According to the status of electromechanical coupling existing in the actual prevalence, this paper analysis the frame of electromechanical coupling and inner relation, based on electromechanical coupling theory, we decouple and analysis the electrical system and the brake system, set up the dynamics model of the lifting system including wind load and the wire rope elongation. Then making use of simulation software MATLAB-SIMULINK, the whole model of mine hoist is constructed, we gain and analysis the results of the simulation. Finally, we describe the decoupling of the coupling system, the method of the decoupling and discuss the design of the decoupling controller.The simulation results are consistent with the actual situation. By the results, we can analysis the variable regulations and the relations among them; by the modeling, we can compare the simulation results which gain in different parametric environment, realize the optimization of all parameters. To the installation of mine hoist,avoidance of faults and hidden dangers,choice of better movement forms and improvement of production efficiency etc, the simulation results and parametric optimization have extremely important reference values.
