Compound Danshen Tablet is a famous Chinese traditional patent medicine which can remedy cardiovascular disease seen in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2005th Edition) .It is composed of salvia, Radix notoginseng, borneol and other excipients ,and has the effect of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating, obstruction-removing and circulation-smoothing.The extraction solvent of Compound Danshen Tablet is ethanol firstly and then water, which can reserve the fat-soluble and water-soluble components. The shortcoming of the extract technique is high extract ratio and loss and Destruction of some Components such as Salviandic Acid B,which cannot bear heating and concentrating process, the extract technique can not only cause quality difference in products, but also impact the clinical effect.To observe the Salviandic Acid B retention ratio of Compound Danshen Tablet. Through the all manufacturing processes of it, we acquire the factors impact on the Salviandic Acid B retention ratio. Meanwhile, to solve the problem of instability on light and heat, we optimize the extract and process.
