| The numerical control technology is a symbol for a level of a country's machine manufacture. This paper makes a research on NC machining of impeller. This paper carries out a new method of impeller manufacture after analyzing the defects of tradition manufacture.The manufacture technology and quality of impeller blade directly affect the operation of the turbine output, efficiency, space and performance, hydraulic stability, reliability and service life of the unit, and so on. Therefore, NC manufacture of impeller blade is the most important.This paper, first, introduce the formation of hydraulic model and three-dimensional modeling of impeller.Then layout and work out the cutting trace of impeller blade. There are two pivotal questions:1,B spline-based tool for cutting spacing;2,Based on nonlinear equations Newton method, work out the 5-Axis NC tool path.The last, we simulate the cutting trace of manufacture. And improve the validity of the method. |
