Small experimental papermachine is an important equipment in process of developing and studying new product,and is also needed by a number of colleges and other reserch for teaching and testing.Modern new papermachine dries papers with steam dryer,uses steam or oil dryer technology in calendering process.In this way,heat transfers to paper from general medium.This traditional dryer technology wastes serval energy,needs additional eqipments,results enviromental pollution and is not easy to control.In order to met the urgent need of a small experimental papermachine,we should develop a high efficiency,enviromental protection,high degree of automation and easy to control experimental papermachine.A new type of small papermachine,tripple-wave small experimental papermachine,uses the mature microwave heating technology in paper drying process,introduces the induction heating technology in calendering process,and firstly apply the ultrasonic technology in sizing process.It provides a new means for the paper-making reseacher.With SIEMENS S7-200 CN series PLC,we study tripple-wave papermachine control system,and design a low-power use,high efficiency,enviromental protection, safty and a high degree of automation of new small papermachine.This article study the whole sysytem of the tripple-wave papermachine in the microwave heating technology,induction heating technology,ultrosonic technology and so on,this article includes as follows:1,Summarise the paper industry condition,analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the Dryer in the papermachine,analyse the background of small paper machine.2,Design of the microwave heating system.Analyse the principle and characteristics of microwave heating.Design the microwave heating system on the various components:microwave power sources,microwave transmission system,heater.3,Design of the induction heating system.Analyse the principle of induction heating, the system used the serial mode power supply.Introduce several methods of capacity controlling and chose the PWM & PFM method.Deduct the relationship among the power,the phase-abgle,and angular-frequency.4,Design the three "wave" small paper machine.With the actual production of microwave heaters will be designed as a series connection with the tunnel-type microwave heating system.Design of the induction coil combinations,the pressure-roll arrangement,ultrasonic generator arrangement.5,Use the Siemens PLC to control systems.Introduce the filter,PID principle and the various PID improved algorithm.The "dead zone with the sliding average filter," "differential first PID algorithm," "dead zone with the PID algorithm" and "not entirely derivative of the PID algorithm" are used to improve the control results.
