Rolling mill is the important production equipment in steel metallurgy corporation, in the steel rolling production process, the rolling moment information plays important part in ensure production safety, optimize the rolling order to achieve optimal production process automation and control. There are many sensors that can measure the roll force, including resistance strain torque sensor reliability, stability, accuracy, ease of installation and relatively well, can better adapt to the work environment of relatively poor rolling. But to use such sensors for measuring rolling moment, the sensor rotate by the shaft, so it need to settle the power supply and signal transmission problems; because of the poor installation/working conditions, the sensor signals drift more serious, so also need to settle sensor Real-time compensation/calibration, and other issues.To settle the problem of electricity supply to sensors, a-Si photovoltaic panels will be winding/fixed in the shaft, will be provided by artificial sources of light energy into electrical energy.
