| The key limited factor in varieties application of reverse osmosis is membrane fouling. It increases the operating costs as well as shortens its life, and directly influences the efficient and continuous running. In general, problems as following appear as a result of the membrane fouling, the fall of the quantity of filtered and product water, the increase of running pressure and energy consumption, high frequency of chemical cleaning work ,more needs of operating costs ,the drop of the produced water in quality and the shortening of the life of membrane parts. This paper focuses on the formation of fur of the running reverse osmosis equipment in Fengtai power plant. When groundwater works as feeding water, the type of reverse osmosis dirty is carbonate or it is organism when the feeding water comes from Yellow River. For TFC reverse osmosis membrane carbonate dirt, it has been proved by cleaning experiment that better effect will be taken as hydrochloric acid is employed instead of citric acid. For fouling of carbonate, the expected result, however, can be realized by changing the variety of antisludging agent. For biologic contaminants formation, it is available to low the degree of pollution though changing the bactericide in quantity and improving the capability of pretreatment. The paper gives a specific description on the process of cleaning and treatment. Inter problems are immediately pointed out according to the change of outlet water pressure margin in reverse osmosis. Therefore, make sure the safe and steady going of reverse osmosis system. There is analysis and conclusion about the causes of contaminant formation of reverse osmosis equipments in Fengtai power plant, suggestion on operating mode is given as well. |
