In recent years, with the continuous improvement of living standards, people not only pursue the fulfillment of life necessities, but also have a higher emphasis on health and comfort. From the perspective of modern people, their requirements on clothes had been changed from good material and looking to more advanced quality so that it can function well to cool down or exclude perspiration in hot and humid season. The summer day is not only the one in which the sunlight is terribly burning, but also the one in which people sweat profusely; people try to protect themselves to exempt the attack of the ultraviolet ray, meanwhile the urgent need to put on coolly, comfortable clothing is possessed by everyone. This double need puts forward the challenge to our existing textile fiber of traditional features, therefore the cool fibrous material has been already welcome by more and more people. The cool textile will be a major tendency for future consumption market.In order to improve textile's Heat-transfer property, we add the abio-particulates to the fibers. A careful comparison of the different abio-particulates with fabrics on the effect of heating conducing has been made. Simultaneously the fiber's mechanics performance, thermal properties, and SEM have been tested with the meaningful gaining of enough data during the experiment and dealing with the original data in this thesis.This experiment mainly improves the fiber's cool comfortableness properties in two aspects. On the one hand, because of the addition of abio-particulateto to fibers, its heating conducting has been improved; On the other hand, by using orthogonal experiments, we find the best techniques parameter of acid disposal. With the help of spinneret section design, we obtain abnormal section of fibers, thus fiber's moisture-absorptionable and sweat-volatilizable properties are improved successfully.The innovation and research result of this paper concentrate on several aspects which are listed below:1. Separately selects two kind of abio-particulate mixed with PP, obtain fibers through compound filature. Test fiber's each properties. 2. By experiment, we select the best overall performance of the fiber's makeup,then add CaCO3 to the mixed polymers through compound filature to obtain fibers, then dipose fibers with acid, it can take out the CaCO3abio-particulate from fibre and change the microstructure so as to obtain the micro grotto, thus increase the fibers' moisture-absorption.3. In the process of acid disposal, we find the best techniques parameter by using orthogonal experiments.4. Through the contrast experiment, the textile fiber's heating conducing,moisture-absor-ptionable and sweat-volatilizable properties are improved obviously.
