In this paper, the new product of J1155F die-casting machine proportioning valve control system is presented that it is replaced the simple proportion valve by the double proportion valve the design proposal in Fuxin l.k northern machinery. According to J1155F die-casting machine technological requirement,In the article in view of using OMRON plc to control the double proportion valve of the control principle,and the design procedure, I/O point assignment, the PLC shaping, the die-casting machine entire movement, the systems control and the safekeeping of security have all made the detailed elaboration.
