As the state's environmental regulations has been increasingly strict and social awareness of environmental protection has been continuously strengthened, the atmospheric environment pollution problems, caused by H2S, HCN and coke oven gas combustion products from the coking plant, aroused wide concern, which even affected the coking industry's sustainable development. Therefore, the purification and processing of coke oven gas desulphurization and decyanation is imperative.At present, domestic and foreign have been dozens of desulphurization and decyanation process, with each advantages and disadvantages. HPF wet desulphurization and decyanation process is very suitable for national conditions because of its advantages of high efficiency, an area of small, simple operation, investment and operating cost savings low. It has been used to lower the sulfur content of coke oven gas purification treatment, but it has not applied to the higher sulfur content of coke oven gas purification treatment. Therefore, as to the actual conditions of CG Coking Plant, the thesis proposes optimizing HPF desulphurization and decyanation process conditions, to realize its application of project and purpose of environmental protection. The main conclusions are as follows:1) The present development, research situation of domestic and foreign desulphurization and decyanation system and equipment are introduced in brief; the main difficulties of current desulphurization system are discussed.2) According to the current problems in CG Coking Plant's desulphurization and decyanation system, analyze their impact factors and the production through a series of experiments to find out the various factors influence of the system. According to the experimental results, optimize the operating parameters of the desulphurization and decyanation system.3) Analyze existing problems of continuous melting sulfur technique and their impact factors; through targeted experiments for continuous melting sulfur technique of the various influencing factors, optimize the design process of melting sulfur technique and various process parameters.Results show that, so as to ensure the effective operation stability of HPF desulphurization process in the CG Coking Plant, it is absolutely imperative to ensure stable operation of the precooler and electronic tar controlling, reduce impurities content in the gas, and control the process parameters of technological requirements strictly.
