The main research of this paper is to utilize the corn husk, as known as residue in agriculture processing, by fermented with the medicinal fungus of Ganoderma lucidum. With this method the production of corn husk dietary fiber and mycelium are obtained. The Research on method of pretreatment suggests us corn husk could be utilized more effectively by fermenting with the filtrate and filtration residue after braising, comparing with the fermentation with the medicinal fungus directly. In the study on the affection of different water proportion in braising, it is showed that the best proportion is 1∶4. By liquid fermentation the content of mycelium could reach 13.07 g/L. And by solid fermentation the content of dietary fiber could reach 90.4 %, which contains soluble dietary fiber 11.4 %.Aiming on high quantity of fungus biomass and high quality of corn husk dietary fiber, the thesis mainly research on the technique of liquid and solid fermentation by testing functional factors. The optimized liquid culture conditions are: KH2PO4 2 %, MgSO4 0.9 %, inoculation volume 15 %, culture time 4 days, strain age 4 days, rotate speed 150 r/min. In these conditions the biomass of 19.77 g/L could be obtained. The optimized solid culture conditions are: NH4SO4 0.5 %, KH2PO4 0.5 %, MgSO4 0.25 %, strain age 4 days, culture time 15 days. In these conditions the dietary fiber could reach 90.4 %,which contains soluble dietary fiber 10.13 %.Further more, the expand fermentation are tested. In the 10 L bioreactor with the condition of KH2PO4 2 %, MgSO4 0.9 %, inoculation volume 15 %, culture time 4 days, strain age 4 days, air volume 150 L/h, the biomass of 26.97 g/L could be obtained. In the expand solid fermentation with the condition NH4SO4 0.5 %, KH2PO4 0.5 %, MgSO4 0.25 %, strain age 4 days, culture time 15 days, the dietary fiber content could reach 90.50 %, which contains soluble dietary fiber 12.40 %. Compared with process of enzyme and acid-alkali, the percentage of acquisition would be 65.55 % and 23.14 % higher. Beside these, the result on the lignocellulose during the process of solid fermentation suggests that since corn husk contains some quick carbon resource such as starch, the enzyme activity and biodegradation of hemicellulose are affected. The content of dietary fiber is also involved. Thus the pretreatment of starch hydrolyzation is necessary. With the results showed above, the feasibility of this type of corn husk procedure has been confirmed. And it presents a new effective pathway of comprehensive corn husk process.
