| Sewage irrigation is of special significance and many countries put emphasis on the waste water irrigation with the growing tension of the water resources in the world today. Sewage has become an important source of water for irrigation in the outskirts of town in China. Sewage irrigation has put lot of heavy metal elements into the soil - crop system, which is often accompanied with the heavy metal accumulation and residue in medium when heavy metal from a medium to another into the migration process. Heavy metal shift from contaminated soil along with plant growth. At the same time, heavy metal cumulatied in crops, transfers to crops with the plant growth. If the heavy metal content in crops surpassing a certain limit, the food chain will eventually do harm to humans.In the assessment of the environmental elements which impact on the human body, the methods of blood and urine are commonly used. However, collecting blood and urine samples are not easy for the subject to cooperate, and they easily degenerate, which is inconvenient to transport and store. What is more important is that blood and urine in the near future usually represents only the elements of the metabolic conditions. Hair in the human body is one of the excretion organs of trace elements, and is different from other organizations. Once the deposition of metal elements in the hair, not to be re-absorption, and therefore, their content reflects the accumulation of elements for quite a long time.Due to the long-term use of sewage, heavy metal in that water bound to contain a certain contamination in the soil-crop system. Therefore, in sewage irrigation area, the elements of the heavy metal in the residents hair be investigated, and the relation between concentration of heavy metal in human hair and soil-crop system is to achieve one early warning role of the heavy metal content on human health and soil-crop system.This article selects four villages in the Huafei River sewage irrigation area in Kaifeng city to take the object of study, on the base of the spot investigation, the laboratory experiment and the data processing analysis, to analyze the characteristic of the soil-crop system and the hair heavy metal content in different groups, the interaction relations, the relation between various heavy metal element's and the soil-crops system, the relation between the heavy metal reciprocity and the migration transformation, as well as the potential risk of heavy metal in human hair. The full text is divided into 5 parts:Part I: is mainly besed on the the status quo about the regular value of the person hair heavy metal and its influencal factors at home and abroad, pointing out that the existence of problems and future research trends.Part II: summarizes the natural general situation, including the area study, chemical fertilizer river essential features and the major pollution incidents in the history.Part III: mainly introduces the principles, methods, sample processing and preparation of soil and wheat, and also the steps of experimental methods.Part IV: The heavy metal content of soil and wheat was analysed.We have got the Kaifeng City people's heavy metal referencal contents; On the basis of analysis of the people's heavy metals in the control areas and analysis of different populations of people's hair heavy metal contents, the paper compares the reference values. The relationship between hair heavy metal content and soil-crop system was analysed. On the basis, a preliminary study of the heavy metals migration in the soil-crop-people system have been done.Part V: through research, the following basic conclusions have been made:(1) Because of a long-term use of chemical fertilizers river of sewage irrigation on the farmlands, there are different levels of heavy metal pollution in the soil and sewage irrigation areas of wheat. Pollution of soil and irrigation district village of wheat by the extent of heavy metal pollution are consistent, D is the most polluted village, its integrated pollution index reached 3.22 and 3.47, B followed by the village, A Village and Village C less pollution.(2) The contents of hair heavy metal in sewage irrigation areas are significantly higher than that of the control areas, and the average contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and As in sewage irrigation areas are 1.1 times, 1.1 times, 1.3 times, 1.9 times and 1.4 times of that in control areas. People in Kaifeng City, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and As in normal value are as follows: 8.05~17.51, 78.41~174.89, 16.85, 0.19, 2.13. Sewage irrigation area residents, the average levels of heavy metals are essentially within the normal range, but the cadmium has reached the normal limit and arsenic is also very close to the normal limit, and men hair arsenic has exceeded the normal limit, from the age, in addition to Cu, the remaining elements are 1 to 2 age beyond their normal limits. Heavy metal content of individual hair crowd in excess of the normal phenomenon should not be overlooked, these people should be proposed epidemiological investigation to identify whether exist is a heavy metal poisoning symptoms.(3) There are gender and age differences in the heavy metal content of human in sewage irrigation areas. The male hair heavy metal contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and As are all five times than those of female among which Cu, Zn, the difference is significant because men are usually labour-intensive, food larger, through dietary intake of heavy metals are more than women. In addition, the cadmium did not change significantly with age, in the Cu, Zn, Pb and As with the age, four elements in the correlation coefficient are: 0.770, 0.583, 0.720, 0.506 which increase with age and growth of the residencs. The residents′food intake of heavy metal in pollution irrigation areas leads to the continuing accumulation of the heavy metal in the human body and the result appears in the air. (4) Of the five kinds of heavy metals in sewage irrigation area, in addition to Cu and Zn, Pb, As and between Zn and As, there is a certain synergy, and the remaining elements must exist between the antagonistic role.(5) Between the heavy metals in soil and wheat, soil and human hair, human hair and wheat there are positive correlation. The order of the heavy metal enrichment capacity in wheat is Cd> Cu> Zn> Pb> As. The order of the heavy metal enrichment capacity in person is Zn> Pb> Cu> Cd> As. In addition to Cd, other heavy metals enrichment coefficient of human hair are larger than wheat. |
