In particles composite system (PCS), polypropylene (PP) powder is coated by carbon black, forming core-shell composite particles. Then, by heat-pressing molding, inter-penetration network (IPN) thermal-conduct composite is prepared. The preparation technique parameter of composite is studied, especially filling ratio, the coating time, the rotate speed and the coupling agent. And, using Agari Y Model, the thermal-conducting mechanism of IPN system is simulated. Results indicate that, by PCS, PP particle can be continuously orderly coated by carbon black, forming IPN thermal-conduct composite. The form of IPN can greatly increase the thermal conductibility. So thermal-conduct composite with lower filling ratio but better properties can be prepared successfully.In PCS, wood particle is discretely orderly coated by ADC vesicant fine particle. The wood/plastic vesicant composite is prepared using recycle polyethylene (PE) as matrix. The preparation technique parameter of composite is studied, especially the mixing methods and the quantity of vesicant. Results indicate that, by PCS, vesicant particle can be well dispersed in the composite to form micropore composite. After frothing, the composite can keep high strength.By particle coating, in microstructure, particle can be orderly distributed, which can radically increase the properties and endow composite new ability. Preparing composite by coating provides a new method for preparation of high-performance composite.
