| One of the major problems of water pollution that we faced as whole world is eutrophication.As a new,cheap and ecological sound technology,ecological engineering of polluted water attracts many scientists all over the world.In recent years,along with Eastern Huaqiao Cheng Eco-tourism Project's completion,Sanzhoutian District was developed massively,and Sanzhoutian Reservoir became the landscape water body of this project,which had brought the scenic spot an effect of landscape.Although water was protected suitably in the development process, the landscape water body and the reservoir water quality would have been affected.In addition,with the regional sewage treatment site not effective and drains water not attaining a designated standard,the eutrophication tendency would be seen for the landscape water body.The variation for water quality will have the bad influence on living conditions of the residents around Sanzhoutian Reservoir,simultaneously and so have the negative influence on the scenic spot's sightseeing,the real estate sale, and the continuing operation of the ecology tourism area.Therefore,improvement of Sanzhoutian Reservoir water quality was of great significance in protecting source area,in promoting economic development of the reservoir and the valley,and in promoting the quality of tourism.In this paper,Cyperus alternifolius.L,Cana generalis Bailey,and Typha orientalis Presl on floating bed were used to study the compatibility and the purification effect of pollutants in the landscape original water of Sanzhoutian Resevroir in static condition.Overally evaluating three kind of plant's purification effects as well as its purification ability influence on environment factor and so on,the scene dynamic experiment fmally uses Cyperus alternifolius.L,Cana generalis Bailey repairs the landscape water body of Sanzhoutian Resevroir.In the dynamic experiment,the ecological engineering combination craft between biology-floating-island and surface constructed wetland were used when the wastewater continuously inputed(500m3/d) in the drainage under dynamic condition,and density change and removal rate of the pollutant in the water body was researched in two kind of ecological engineering purification system.The results were summarized as follows:1.The static experiment indicated that,the plants in the test was able to grow normally in the water body,moreover to have a good purification.The removal rate of COD,TN,NH4+-N,NO3--N,TP,PO43--P and Chl-a is 48.40%,58.94%,39.87%,42.16%,53.57%respectively for Cyperus alternifolius.L.The removal rate of COD,TN,NH4+-N,NO3--N,TP,PO43--P and Chl-a is 47.35%,53.65%,45.08%,34.93%,50.36%,47.73%和30.51%respectively for Cana generalis Bailey.The removal rate of COD,TN,NH4+-N,NO3--N,TP,PO43--P and Chl-a is 43.20%,51.09%,29.44%,21.82%,37.86%,44.09%和16.75%respectively for Typha orientalis Presl.There were some differences on removal effect of nitrogen,phosphorus for different plants.Overall removal effects on nutritive and phosphorus elements is best for the Cyperus alternifolius.L,next is the Cana generalis Bailey,and the Typha orientalis Presl had worse purification performance than the Cyperus alternifolius.L and the Cana generalis Bailey.In addition,the experiment also indicated pollutant removal effects were closely related to the growth of the plants in the water.Plants removed total nitrogen,total phosphorus on the water mainly by absorption of plants,and the relationship of microorganisms-plants root play a major role in increasing dissolved oxygen to decompose organic matter,simultaneously accelerating NH4+-N to transform to NO3--N,and conducive to absorption of plants.2.In the scene dynamic experiment,the polluted landscape water flowed through were listed as followeds,the surface constructed wetland(surface constructed wetland planter has plants as Cyperus alternifolius.L,Cana generalis Bailey and so on),the Cyperus alternifolius.L biology-floating-island and Cana generalis Bailey biology floating-island.When the influent with COD35.10~65.80mg/L,TN1.38~3.40mg/L, NH4+-N0.675~0.982mg/L,NO3--N0.21~0.77mg/L,TP0.06~0.17mg/L,in this combined system,the removal rate of COD,TN,NH4+-N,NO3--N,TP,PO43--P,Chl-a was 65.81%~87.16%,31.16%~77.94%,44.30%~76.27,-42.86%~54.90%,56.25%~76.47%respectively.In the surface artificial wetland system was 35.33%~52.45%, 18.84%~50.59%,15.45%~44.70%,-19.05%~44.16%,25.00%~44.12% respectively,and in the biological-floating-bed purification system was 47.14%~75.00%,15.18%~62.12%,32.62%~52.12%,20.00%~25.81%,39.53%~51.58% respectively.In summary,the polluted landscape water body flowed after plant treating unit which made a reasonable disposition,in under many kinds of biological synergism,pollutant in water COD,TN,NH4+-N,TP and Chl-a and so on can be removed effectively,which achieved a good treating effect.3.Sanzhoutian Resevroir landscape water body was a whole,impacting of many factors upon its overall change trend.With the scene investigation and hydrological profile of project areas,in the idea of "green","ecological" and "natural",a thought that improving the environment was combined with ecological purification was made for water quality assurance,and ecological restoration purification tests were worked out with improving the overall water quality through biology-floating-bed assisted with bio-engineering measures such as constructed wetlands,ecology gravel beds and artificial water grass.Not only this research has carried on the positive exploration to theory and technology of sewage ecological purification for our country,and it had provided government of eutrophication water body with the feasible method for Sanzhoutian Resevroir,at the same time,also had it provided small and medium-sized reservoirs at a similar situation and governance of lakes with the experiences and achievements,which was of important significance for our country's eutrophication governance and sustainable use of water. |
