| Automobile panel stamping process is complex, the current design basically relies on the experience of the designer. Process design is important to product cost, quality and development cycle. The tradition development is serial, designers think over the requirement of product structure and function mainly, ignore of the requirement of manufacturing, so we may find faults when manufacturing. It is necessary for enterprises to reform the traditional product development process and bring in DFM (Design For Manufacturing) in order to realize product development concurrently. The main conception of DFM is to assure product design, process design and manufacturing, by taking the factors associated with manufacturing into the process of design. The research work in this thesis is mainly focused on the following areas:Firstly, the research background of the thesis and the key technologies of stamping process of automobile panel are introduced and reviewed.Secondly, a concurrent design condition is built based on DFM theory. Some key technologies are also analyzed at the same time. Then the framework of the whole system is realized respectively. The framework which based on feature technology includes four levels: design level, manufacturing level, technique level, evaluation level. Last, the system procedure is built up.Thirdly, the manufacturability evaluation model is realized from part level and feature level. The polychromatic sets theory is used to formalize the evaluation model. The model on different hierarchies is abstracted to individual colors and unit colors. The mathematic formulation of evaluation design is obtained through establishing the reasoning matrixes and constraint matrixes between individual colors and unit colors. The function can be realized through searching the available meta-schemes.Fourthly, based on the polychromatic sets theory, a computer aided process planning system for large complicated stampings has been developed. Then the deep drawing processing is implemented. |
