Study On Water Quality Evaluation Model Establishment And Comprehensive Management In Shijiazhuang MinXin River

The city landscape rivers are the essential factor for the city ecosystem,and the city ecological equilibrium.The city rivers have provide many ecology functions the green space,the environment protection,the traveling and entertainment,the transportation,the culture and education and so on,the city rivers as one kind of physical geography essential factor in the city system,has the great significance to the city ecology construction.This research has studied systematically to the min xin river's,the water quality evaluation and the water quality maintenance method.1 Through to long-term monitoring to the Minxin river's water quality,the monitor data of the century park,hua shu pumping station,the center of the lake island,the Bin River street southern 2ND circle road bridge head and the sports avenue southern 2ND circle bridge head five test sites analysis the min xin river water quality pollution origin and the way as well as the change rule of water quality.The min xin river water quality's main pollutant exceeded the allowed figure for BOD5,DO,NH3-N,etc.other monitor target basically conformed to the national water quality monitor standard.2 The Fuzzy synthesize judgment were applied in The water environment quality of the Minxin River.According to factor sets,value sets,dependents function and weight sets, evaluation model of river water quality Based on the Fuzzy synthesize judgment was developed.The effectual assessment will provide a basis for the river water quality control.3 Through the massive experiments,proposed the specific measures of min xin river water quality government and the maintenance mainly have:â‘ The manual fishing algae, the floating matter and the water plant,can well purification water quality;â‘¡Through the cultivation aquatic animals about fish,the shrimp and so on govern the algae and the water plant,not only improved the min xin river water quality,but also enhanced the rain xin river's ornamental value,through the experiment proved Bai Lian was best to the algae government,the grass carp was good to water plant's government;â‘¢Microorganism method:The first stage is obvious to the COD degeneration,also has the effect to the NH₃-N dispels,the second stage NH₃-N degeneration speed up,the NH₃-N level falls to the very low level,COD also correspondingly drops.The microorganism method to solves the landscape hydrophila group entrophication has the good function,is obviously degenerate the water body COD,also can suppress the growth of the chlorophyceae plant effectively;â‘£Chemistry method maintenance water quality may oxidize effectively, degenerate the pollutant and some organic matter in water,can effective kill the algae;⑤The clear silt can eliminate the death algae and each kind of organic and inorganic substance,thoroughly eliminate the environment which the algae grow,therefore the clear silt to algae's government is the very thorough means.â‘¥The capacity of waste-water from the mills' drain-pipes should be controlled.
