| The paper explains the market background of the 100-meter heavy rails and its development meaning. By the FE method, analyses serves on the 3D beam models about the temperature field, stress field and bending distortion during the cooling. Then we find not only the reason of distortion but also the distributing regulation of distortion and residual stress when the beams are cool finally under different bending. Based on the regulation, the best plan can be designed to reduce the residual stress. The paper not only explains equipments and process requirement about the cooling bed system, but analyzes the electric control system deeply as well and puts forward its integrative design. According to the problems in the process and the feature of equipments and process, PCS7 distributing system from SIEMENS is used as the control system. Based oh the control task requirement, the position closed loop control is designed, it bends the rail successfully and solve out the asynchronous convey of the bended beams. The working result is satisfied. Meanwhile the writer put forward a practical suggest and operated plan to improve the control system. |
