Against to the production of the wed Flue Gas Desulfation(FGD) treatment, the article bring forward a study direction that using microbe to deoxidize calcium sulphate , which is the main composition of FGD production , and realize the production to be reused at the meanwhile. A bacterium which can deoxidize calcium sulphate was found via separation cultivate and purification cultivate. Experimental result indicate: The bacterium is able to deoxidize calcium sulphate, and the main productions are calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium sulfide, sulfureted hydrogen and sulfur. The main factors which influence the efficiency of calcium sulphate deoxidization are cultivate time, cultivate temperature and the pH value, the main influence factor is cultivate time, the subordinate factor is temperature , the minimal factor is pH value. At 37℃,pH 7.5 , the efficiency of calcium sulphate deoxidization gained the best result, prolong the cultivate time will increase the efficiency and the acceleration will be reduced.
