The Investigation And Analysis Of Marine Environmental Awareness Of Dalian Coastal Citizen

The human has run out hands to grasp at resources which under the sea, while resources on land is almost exhausted. Nowadays marine pollution and ecosystem collapse arise all over the world's ocean, and they pose potential threat to human nature. China is a big country by the sea with 3000 thousands sq.km. blue land, but ocean development and ocean environment destroying conflict a lot here. Someone advances more steps on extending the scope of marine resource exploitation, and at the same time, the others claim that the offshore ecosystem is close to breakdown and the ocean is losing its health right now. An advanced idea should be put forward immediately, which will keep marine sustainable development and environmental protection. Then a harmonious relationship will be found between the human and the sea.Facing to the actuality of losing marine health, it is very helpful for promoting the theory of marine environmental awareness to mediate between marine development and marine ecosystem protection. Marine environmental awareness, an outspread ideology of modern environmental idea associated with the needs for marine development and conservation, is an application of modern environmental awareness. It has a three dimension-structure and plentiful connotation. Firstly, this paper sums up theory progress and research conclusions home and abroad. Secondly, it analyses the causes of ocean crisis with the three dimension-structures of marine environmental awareness, which consist of knowledge, idea and action desire. Moreover, reflecting on the root of contravention between the human and the ocean in philosophy, three ideas about the relation of people and ocean are put forward in reason. Those are establishment with the idea of a whole-ocean ecosystem, the marine development with the idea of resources compensation, and techno-innovation with the idea of imitating ecosystem, so as to degrade man-made material safely in nature, or there is no shirking the responsibility for people to degrade them in stead of the nature.A social investigation has been taken to estimate marine environmental awareness of Dalian offshore citizen, and it also puts forward some advice for promoting public marine environmental awareness. Both questionnaire and visit were used in case research. Then clean up feedback data, analyze results with SPSS software, estimate it and find out influencing factors. As a result, it picks up seven characters of public marine environmental awareness and discusses problems existing in the awareness. At the end of the paper, countermeasures for promoting public marine environmental awareness were discussed, which suggest that the government, environmental education teaching staff, scientists and popular culture workers, and even the public themselves all have to take measures to improve on the public marine environmental awareness. The research has realistic significance.
