With the development of science and technology, the requirement for materials is becoming more and more various and strict, simple materials can not satisfie requirement of people. Composite materials have become the important approach to satisfy the rising requirement of functional materials. The traditional composite materials are made ofμm materials. Recently polymer/inorganic nano-particle composite materials of which the matrix are macromolecule materials have become a hotspot in the researches of theory and application of macromolecule materials. New opportunities appear with the development of nano-particle composite materials in several fields such as medicine biology materials. May predict that along with the preparation nanometer composite materials technology's development, there will be more and more new nanometer composite materials to obtain the widespread application in the numerous high technology fields.As known to all, with the global industrialization's fast development nowadays, the humanity living environment worsens suddenly, so there are many kinds of corrosion components in the air such as CO2, O3, NH3, NO2, H2S, SO2, HCl, HCOOH, CH3COOH. The metal and the nonmetallic product corrosion aging question is day by day serious. The fourth of the global steel and iron ultimate output every year are corroded, therefore, the metal product in the storage, transportation, corrosion intercept packing is the questions that all countries must face and settle.In this aspect in corrosion intercept to iron, the main measures include pickling oil, VCI, and controls the wet packing. And the frontier technology is the gas phase inhibition (VCI). Although VCI can avoid the metal corrosion, the chemicals used in this method such as the phenol fragrant amine, the fat amine, the nitrite, the chromates, the polyphosphate do harms to people and cause the environmental pollution. Therefore, no pollutions, the low energy consumption, the multi-purpose protection packing materials have become one which of hot topics the people pay attention.The study took metal corrosion intercept as main research purpose, CuO with high temperature are spread directly into alcohol in room temperature, then drastic redox reaction occurred: CuO particles are reduced to Cu and Cu2O; And in high temperature, CuO are deoxidized to Cu with C. In this text, we used banbury mixer molten blend method, and did a great many of experiments. We used LLDPE as matrix, and prepared a series of LLDPE/Inorganic nano-composite corrosion intercept film according to different proportion. The obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), TG-DTA and so on. We did a great many of experiments on the purpose to design the composite materials that have high corrosion intercept, toughness and the high heat-resisting oxidized, and provided the reliable experiment basis for the high impediment corrosion preventing function thin film's preparation. The main study of the text can be summarized to several aspects as follow:1. We used two different methods (quenching, the solid phrase reaction) to prepare the suitable copper pellet, and carried on the detailed discussion to its preparation conditions, and found out the best preparation condition. Meanwhile we systematically studied the obtained products through XRD, DTA, laser microscope and so on, finally indicated that two methods could obtain conform samples to the experimental request one.Through the XRD tracing analysis we determined that the preparation products that were made through two kind of different preparation methods were the metal Cu phase in the most. Through contrast the XRD curves of the products made in different temperature, we determined that the most appropriate quenching temperature is 600℃. The products are Cu-Cu2O nuclear-shell structure nanomaterials in this case. Through the computation, the average size of the products made in solid phase was 47.01nm; The one made in quenching method was 40.60nm; Through the analysis TG-DTA curve data, we determined that metal Cu approximately composes 83.909%; After the laser microscope picture demonstrated that the grain-size distribution of above preparation products was even.2. We used banbury mixer molten blend method to prepare a series of Cu-Cu2O/LLDPE nano-composite corrosion intercept film in different proportion, and did a great many of experiments. We Obtained the following conclusions:(1). The best conditions in preparing composite samples: the one about anbury mixer: temperature (in, middle, out): 160℃, 170℃, 160℃; Rotational speed: 40n/min; Time: 20min.(2). We prepared a series of samples in testing through FI-IR, DTA, the laser microscope, mechanics test, salt spray(Fog) test and so on. We did a great many of expriments and obtained conclusions as follow: Mechanics test:As a result of inorganic pellet introduction, mechanical properties of LLDPE composite material was enhanced to a great extent. Through the opposite experiment data we determined that the mechanical was best when the ratio was 5%. But when the recruitment oversized (more than 10%), its mechanical properties reduced obviously;Laser microscope test: Through the laser microscope test after the microscopic angle observation we observed compound inorganic filler's dispersed state, and found out that their dispersibility was relatively equal, and their particle diameter was less than 100nm. The Cu-Cu2O cound compound well with LLDPE, and we got the purpose of enhancement as we look forward to.DTA test: We found out that the burning temperature of polyethylene was step up by contrasting the TG-DTA curves. In the certain extent Cu-Cu2O enhanced the polyethylene the heat-resistance oxidation susceptibility. Data demonstration: when the ratio is 1%, the effect was best and the temperature was heighten to 430℃; Infrared test: through the infrared curve's contrast, after the compound, pure polyethylene curve didn't have obvious change, therefore the join of inorganic function padding could not affect the structure of polyethylene;Salt spray(Fog) test: According to standard ASTM B117-03, we did a series of experments, and the data indicated that the intercept function was risen. And when the ratio was between 3% and 5%, the one was highest.Water-permeable test: The data demonstrated that the composite materials that mixes Cu-Cu2O made in quenching method in the ratio of 3~5% adds water the impediment had strong water impediment function, but the one which compounded with Cu made in solid phase was not very good, because the size of Cu was bigger comparatively , the water-permeable data is unstable, but the overall data demonstrated that the copper pellet's joins was advantageous to the polyethylene adding water impediment performance enhancement.In summary, we made the inorganic pellet about Cu in quenching and the solid phrase reaction methods, and did a great many of tests in many ways; We used banbury mixer molten blend method to prepare a series of Cu-Cu2O/LLDPE nano-composite corrosion intercept film. Through contrast the data ,we determined the best preparation craft.
