With the development of nano-science and nano-technology, nano-materials are extensive and profound impacting people's lives and social progress. Organic light-emitting polymer materials are being studied in recent years for their easy processing, short time response, high efficiency, low energy consumption and flexible display, and many other advantages. However, the device produced by organic light-emitting materials also have disadvantages such as short life, color purity and bad material stability, and so on. Nano-technology give new ideas and hope to the research and development of materials of organic light-emitting materials. Nano-materials are different from common materials because of their unique nature, and the macro-show material. The nano-composite material made of ordinary materials and nano-materials is not only having physical and chemical properties of common materials, but also have some novel properties which can be used as new functional materials in specific areas.In this paper, the first classic Stober used several different methods of particle size of the nano-silica particles, and used three-chlorosilane as a modifier, a hydrophobic surface treatment. The characterization, particle morphology of several rules, uniform size, the hydrophobic treatment, relatively stable scattered in chloroform solvent. Blend by mechanical means, some the size of silica nanoparticles were sharing PF conjugated polymer composites, and its basic structure and optical properties were characterized. Characterization of the show that the silica nanoparticles surface modified, can be more evenly dispersed in the organic film. Films on the UV tests show that the compound before and after the film's absorption spectrum peak shape and maximum absorption peak remained unchanged. In photoluminescence spectrum found that the addition of particles, PF has changed the chain of molecular conformation, but also to spread the role played PF elements and reduce the PF because of links between elements gathered from the luminescence, to improve the status of the film PF Light and Color.
