In this paper, effect of properties of advanced magnesite-chrome brick on fine powder turning very small, the chromium concentrate powder and fused magnesia powder content, the amount of Zirconium dioxide to be studied identified RH furnace quality magnesite-chrome brick in the best process technique. RH furnace bottom slot trough in-situ test is carrid out in RH furnace bottom slot trough, the the microanalysis of the used brick is analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence analysis, RH Furnace magnesite-chrome brick Performance can improve Mechanism.The results show that:â‘ In matrix increased the ratio of 0.045mm of fused magnesia chrome powder is not conducive to improve the property of advanced magnesite-chrome brick, combined with the performance and the fine grinding will concentrate India chromium, chromium combined with magnesium slabs in the density and intensity of the rate of increase great.â‘¡the second level of spinel is increased by the addition of fused magnesia, when fused magnesia the addition of 1.5%, the porosity of the samples is lower 6.15%than the original, its permeability is the lowest ,crushing strength and compressive strength is the highest.â‘¢the addition of Zirconium dioxide can promote the sintering extent of advanced magnesite-chrome brick, lower its permeability, increased its strength and thermal shock stability performance, the amount of the addition of Zirconium dioxide is suitable to 2.5 percent.â‘£The costs would begreatly increased due to the addition of 2.5 percent of Zirconium dioxide, industrial experiments consider adding 1.2 percent of ZrO2, the formula is further improved.The experimental results show that: the thermal shock stability of improved advanced magnesite-chrome brick increased 1.7 MPa than before, air permeability is obviously decreased , the density is greatly increased. In addition, the improved advanced magnesite-chrome brick with residue Thick slabs, slag resistance is significantly improved. The penetration of steel in the improved advanced magnesite-chrome brick is 23 mm, and the penetration of the former is longer than 55 mm.
