How can people wear better? Living in the period of rapid development of science and technology, people cannot content themselves with the fashionable and comfortable clothing only. There is growing hope that the high-tech can be applied into their garments. Electronic products should become their own "second skin". Electronic fabrics have emerged as the times require, especially in military clothing. It has become the target of scientists' competing invention and improvement. Conductive fabrics for the cable research in recent years have been progressed, but there are still some problems on the structure of production in the cable, the electrical properties of crosstalk between the parallel conductors and the way to reduce the impact of crosstalk.This study use a simulated device to study how the parallel wire spacing affects electrical signal transmission, transmission bandwidth, attenuation and interference in different spacing, draws the appropriate intervals to arrange fabric design and manufacturing, and analyzes the crosstalk characteristic.Details are as following:1. Design of a test device.2. Test transmission parameters, such as bandwidth, attenuation and interference in different spacing. Find out appropriate internal wire spacing in fabrics, as well as the appropriate wire connection mode.3. Design Fabric structure, select materials for different yarn fabric cable manufacturing.4. Analyze the electrical properties of the fabric cable; investigate how the different media between parallel wire lines affect signal crosstalk and how the change of environment humidity affects the crosstalk.By experiments and analysis, the following work has been completed.1. Build a simple test device to test the characteristics of signal transmission by using a signal generator, an oscilloscope, an experimental board and 0.09mm copper wires.2. Find out suitable copper wire spacing of manufacturing fabric cable. The results show that by using 1mm spacing for copper wires imbed into a woven fabric, the fabric can transmit signal better; The test indicates that connecting in a form of GSSSG, representing ground and signal wires, can get the best characteristics of signal transmission. 1. When we design the combined structure of fabric cable with plain and twill, the cable can achieve good insulation and the appearance of the fabric formation looks flat. Also, the protuberance and flections of copper wires can be reduced.2. The medium between parallel wire lines is an important factor of crosstalk. When textile fibers are the media, because fiber dielectric coefficient is greatly impacted by the environment humidity, it will cause signal crosstalk changes when the environment humidity changes. As the environment humidity grows from low to high, crosstalk shows a decrease and then an increase trend. The aggressor net and the victim net are both affected by the disturbance, and the impact follows the same trend.
